spin interval- our longest class of the week at 1 1/2 hrs.! this interval-based workout combines high intensity cardio bursts on the spin bike combined with intervals of strength designed for a total body workout. get out of your comfort zone and try this class!
Spin- indoor cycling at its finest in a small group setting! Spinning focuses on endurance and strength using a stationary bicycle in the comfort of our boutique studio.
circuitclass- Circuit training is a workout where you cycle through several exercises focusing on different muscle groups with minimal rest in between. this class challenges your muscular strength, endurance and your cardiovascular system.
